OF POOL HALLS, BILLIARD RALLS, CARD ROOMS AND $OFT DRINK ESTABLISHMENTS AND OTHER PLACES OF BUSINESS WHERE POOL, BILLIARDS AND CARDS ARE PLAYED; PRESCRIB- ING THE HOURS WITHIN WHICH SAME J/J..AY BE OPEN FOR THE TRANSACTION OF BUSINESS: PROHIBITING MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS FROM VISITING O~ FRE- QUENTING THE SAME; AND PROHIBITING THE PLAYING OF CERTAIN KINDS OF POOL; PRO- VIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE PROVISIONS OF THI S ORDINANCE .AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 505 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN."
