AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALL1~Y RUNNING NORTH
.AND SOUTH IN BLOCK TWELVE, CAPITOL HILL ADDIT[ON
TO. THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOZEMAN, MON~AN.A:
I Seotion 1. That, pursuant to the petition of Montana
state College, by Alfred Atkinson, its president, and after
due and legal notice as required by law, as appears of record,
the alley running north and south in Block Twelve (12),
Capitol Hill Addition to the City of Bozeman, Gallatin County,
Montana, be, and the same is hereby, vaoated and disoontinued.
