City of Bozeman Department of Community Development and City Commissioners:
We are writing to document our support for the "Mistretta Remodel COA 15093", located at439 Black Avenue.
We have reviewed the proposed renovation and spoken to the owners of the property, whohave clearly explained the project. We have no objections to granting an exception to
existing municipal code that requires a 15 foot setback. We understand this addition, ifapproved, will result in a five foot setback on Short Street. We are pleased with the proposed
design of the project.
We thank you for your consideration and appreciate your service of Bozeman.
