On behalf of the Downtown Bozeman Partnership and as a member of the Downtown Design
Guidelines Working Group, I support Resolution 4323 to amend Subchapter 4-B3 of the
Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District Design Guidelines.
In essence this amendment addresses an unresolved issue (and subsequent unintended
consequence) that arose from the final language in the downtown-specific subchapter 4-B3
adopted by the Commission on May 18, 2015.
Thank you for taking the time to rectify this issue by adopting Resolution 4323.
