A 15319 Kurowski Residence Site Plan and COA (Davis/Kohtz)

A Site Plan Application to allow the demolition of an existing garage and construction of a two-household
dwelling behind an existing 4-dwelling unit house. The project also includes removing two dwelling units
out of the existing residence on site, maintaining a total of 4 dwelling units onsite.

A Master Site Plan application for the approval of the primary layout and infrastructure for
approximately 175 acres of industrial property.
B. 15242 The Lofts and West Village Site Plan (Krueger/Kohtz)
3843 and 3827 Kimberwicke Street
A Site Plan application to allow the construction of 99 dwelling units in a mix of 9 three household
dwellings and 6 12 household apartment buildings with related open space and site improvements.

An informal application for input on a proposed 28,000 square foot office building and associated
improvements.
B 15313 Westbrook Subdivision Informal Review (Saunders/Kohtz)

To consider revisions to phasing and the improvements associated with each phase. No changes to the
number or configuration of lots proposed.
