SUBJECT: Open Space Public Access Easement, Norton East Ranch Subdivision Phase
3A, Application P15010 MEETING DATE: July 13, 2015

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to Stacy Ulmen) of the partially executed
easement from Norton Ranch Properties, LLC to allow public access on the common open space lots for the Norton East Ranch Subdivision, Phase 3A. This was proposed by the applicant and not a condition of the City and is consistent with earlier phases of the Norton East Ranch
Subdivision. Staff has reviewed the easement and found it to be acceptable.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None identified.
ALTERNATIVES: None identified. As directed by the City Commission.
