1. Cannery District Phases 1, 3 and 4 Zone Map Amendment 15268 (Krueger)
A zone map amendment proposing to zone 8.99 acres as B-2 (Community Business
District) contingent upon annexation. The property is located at 101 East Oak Street and is
legally described as Tract 1, 2 and 3 of COS 2877 A tract of Land being Tract 1 and Tract 2
of Correction COS 2128B and the parcel known as COS 2548 all located in the NW ¼ of
Section 6, T2S, R6E, P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana.
2. 2521 W. Babcock Zone Map Amendment 15279 (Saunders)
A zone map amendment proposing to zone one lot of .263 acres and .67 acres of right of way
for West Babcock Street and Western Drive as R-2 (Residential Two Household Medium
Density District) contingent upon annexation. The property is located at 2521 Babcock
Street and is legally described as Lot 1, Block 2, Farwestern Subdivision, and related right of
way for W. Babcock Street and Western Drive in the N¼ of Section 11, T2S, R5E, P.M.M.,
Gallatin County, Montana.
3. Murdoch’s Zone Map Amendment 15240 (Saunders)
A zone map amendment proposing to zone 3.889 acres as B-2 (Community Business
District) contingent upon annexation. The property is located at 2507 and 2511 North 7th
Avenue and is legally described as Tracts 5, 6, 9, and 10 of the Gordon Mandeville State
School Section Subdivision, SE ¼ of Section 36, T1S, R5E, P.M.M., Gallatin County,
Montana.
4. Bozeman Sports Complex Zone Map Amendment 15251 (Saunders)
A zone map amendment proposing to zone 80.325 acres as PLI (Public Lands and
Institutions District) and .456 acres of right of way for Baxter Lane, contingent upon
annexation. The property is addressed as 4600 Baxter Lane and is legally described as Tract
1A1 of Certificate of Survey No. 2554B, located in the NW ¼ of Section 3, T2S, R5E,
P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana.
