S..t10n 1. That all motor driyen cabs, bus.. ani vehl-
- oles for hire, when standing at any of the Railway depots within
said Oity of Bozeman, and while, unloading or loading passengerfJ,

Seotion 2. The driver, or person in charge, af aJl1' such
cab, bus or motor vehicle for hire and ell persons solioiting
pa8sengers fo~ 8D1' suehJvehiole shall, while solioiting passengers
for the same, be 1n olose pruimit7 and not to exceed five feet
from the Tehiole for whieh' he is solioi ting passengers'.
S~.tion 3. Any person who shall be in oharge of any
motor driven vehicle for hire who permits such vehio1e to stand at
any railway depot within the city of Beseman in violation of the
prOVisions of Seotion 1 of this Ortinanoe end ail persons ae
ehell solioit passengers for any such Tehiole contrary to the
provisions of seotion 2 of this Ordinance ahall,upon conviction
thereof, be fined ~ot less than ten dollars, nor more than fifty
dollars; provided that, in oase the fine lJlPosed for SlIoh viola..
tion shall not be paid, such person shell be imprisoned i. the
