construction of a first phase mixed use building and an adjacent interim park, with the planned future
construction of a second phase building with associated parking and related site improvements.
B. Z15108 The Northside Lots Phase 1 Site Plan (Davis/Heaston)

A Site Plan application to allow the construction of a five story mixed use building with ground floor
commercial and 41 residential dwelling units on the upper floors with associated parking an d related
site improvements.

A Master Site Plan application tfor the approval of the primary layout and infrastructure for
approximately 175 acres of industrial property.
4. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW
A. 15296 S Church Privacy Screen Variance and COA (Davis/Kohtz)
205 S Church Ave
A variance and certificate of appropriateness application to allow the construction of an 8’ privacy
screen within the required side yard setback. The project requires a variance from section 38.23.130
BMC Fence, walls and Hedges to allow the privacy screen (fence) to be greater than 6’ in height.

An Informal application for a conditional use permit to serve beer and wine.
