Beall park.
AN ORDINANCE SETTING hPART CERTAIN PROPERTY
ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF BOZEMAN mOM ROSA. V.
BEALL AS A PUBLIC PARK, TO BE liliOWN AND DESIG...
HATED AS ?!BEALL PARK" AND PROVIDING FOR ITS
SUPERVISION, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY-THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN:
Section 1. That the following desoribed premises, hereto-
fore acquired by the Oity of Bozeman from Rosa.V. Beall, to-wit:
All of Block B of Beall's Seoond Addition to
the Oi ty of Boseman. aooording to the plat".'

the County Clerk and Recorder of the County of
Gallatin.

Section 2. That said Public Park shall be lmown and desig-
nated as "BEALL PARX".

exclusive jurisdiction thereof and that said P~rk, hereby established,
shall, from and after the date hereof, be held subjeot to the super-
vision, management and control, and shall be under the jurisdiction of
the Park Oommission of the City of Bozeman and shall, at all times, be
held, used and enjoyed by the citizens of the City of Bozeman for park

Seotion 4. That the proceedings heretofore had by the City
Council in the matter of the aoquisition of said properties and, par-
ticularly, Council Resolution No. 1087, are hereby refer~d to for
further partioulars relating to said Beall Park;
