ORDINANCE NO. 509.
AN ORDINANCE REPEALllTG ORDINANCE NO. 360, ENTITLED,
" AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A
MEAT AND MILK INS:PECTOR FOR THE CITY OF BOZEMAJ:f,
FIXING HIS C01~ENSATION, ENUMERA~INg HIS DUTIES,
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS
ORDINANCE AND REQUIRING THOSE vmo SELL MILK AND
MEAT IN SAID CITY TO OBSERVE THE RULES AND REG-
ULATIONS HEREIN SET FORTH FOR THE BETTER PROTECT-
ION OF THE HEALTH OF ITS INHABITANTS. n
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COlmCIL OF THE CITY O}l' BOZElvlliN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 360 of the City of
Bozeman, entitled, 11An Ordinanoe Providing for the Appointment
of a Meat and Milk Inspector for the City of Bozeman, Fixing
his Compensation, enumerating his Duties, Providing Penalties'
for the Violation of this Ordinanoe and Requiring those who
sell Milk and Meat in said City to Observe the Rules and.Reg-
ulations herein set forth for the Better Protection of the
Health of its Inhabitants" be, and tne same is hereby,repealed;
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication by posting.
Passed and adopted by the Ci~y council of the City
of Bozeman at a regular session thereof held on the Brd day of
May, 1920.
