This Guide has been created in order to help facilitate the entire process for the Creation of an
Assessment and is considered “LIVE” until the completion of the entire process. The City Clerk’s
Office will be linking materials on a regular basis and will note the date of inclusion as well as the Date
of the version of this document. Click on the linked documents below and the pertinent document will
download. The grey scaled areas are all considered pending until linked.
