A. 15256 The Ridge Athletic Club PUD Major Modification Concept Plan (Krueger/Murray)

A Planned Unit Development concept plan review for the proposed modification and expansion of the
Ridge Planned Unit Development to add 2.7 acres to the project and modify the approved site layout.
B. 15251 Bozeman Sports Park Annexation (Saunders/Heaston)
4600 Baxter Lane
An annexation application for 80.325 acres located south of Baxter Lane and west of Flanders Mill
Road. A provision of services plan will be used instead of an annexation agreement.
C. 15251 Bozeman Sports Park Zone Map Amendment (Saunders/Heaston)

A request for initial zoning of PLI, Public Lands and Institutions District on 80.325 acres being
processed concurrent with an annexation application.
D. 15268 Cannery District Zone Map Amendment (Krueger/Murray)

A request for initial zoning of B-2, Community Business District on 8.99 acres being processed
concurrent with an annexation application.

An Annexation application for the proposed annexation of 20.62 acres with a request for initial zoning
of R-4, High Density Residential.

A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 6 unit residential housing development within 3
buildings with associated parking and related site improvements.

An Informal review application on the modification of a master site plan to accommodate a church use
with shared parking.
B. 15270 2521 W Babcock Street Annexation and Zone Map Amendment(Saunders/Kohtz)
2521 W. Babcock Street
Annexation on a 0.263 acre lot and .67 acres of right of way for W. Babcock Street and Western Drive.
Initial zoning of R-2, Residential Two-Household Medium Density District.
