Resolution 4494 authorized $1,045,000 in TOP funding $607,100 for property acquisition
$437,900 for construction
Partner contributions
• Gallatin Valley Land Trust: $106,500
• $31,000 land costs
• $77,500 park improvements, including $25,000 from
Optimists Club for picnic shelters
• ERA Landmark Real Estate: $2000 land costs
• HAVEN: $2400 land costs and share of infrastructure costs
• Run Dog Run: $22,500+ for dog park improvements
