THE UNDERSIGNED BIDDER, having familiarized themselves with the product required by
the Polymer Supplier Selection Notification of Interest and Testing Protocol and the site where
the product will used, and having satisfied themselves of the expense and difficulties related to
the performance of the product.
____________________________HEREBY PROPOSES and agrees, if this bid is accepted, to
enter into an Agreement for one year to supply Polymer for the screw press including the
assumption of all obligations, duties, and responsibilities necessary for the successful completion
of the Agreement.
Sealed Bids are due in the office of the City Clerk, second floor of City Hall by June 23rd,
2015 at 2 p.m.

At which time the bids will be opened, read, and reviewed by city staff and then will contact the selected contractor.
Please turn in this full page package for your bid. No electronic versions will be accepted.
Mailed bids must be received by the date and time specified. Please submit the bid in a sealed
envelope with the title POLYMER SUPPLIER/MANUFACTURER SELECTION and list the name of your firm on the outside of the sealed bid envelope.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids received or to waive bid informalities. The
City of Bozeman is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
The undersigned bidder agrees to be bound by this Bid for a period not to exceed 60 days after
the bid opening.
The undersigned Bidder agrees that they have been afforded access to the site and have

performed those independent site investigations as they have deemed necessary.
The undersigned Bidder hereby certifies the following:
A) That this Bid is genuine and is not made in the interest of, or on behalf of, any undisclosed
person, firm, or corporation, and is not submitted in conformity with any agreement or rules of
any group, association, organization, or corporation;
B) That they have not directly or indirectly solicited any other Bidder to put in a false or sham Bid;
C) That they have not solicited or induced any person, firm, or corporation to refrain from
bidding;
D) That they have not sought by collusion to obtain for themselves any advantage over any
other Bidder or over the Owner.
