A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 48 unit affordable hous ing development with
associated parking and related site improvements.

An Annexation application for the proposed annexation of 8.99 acres.

concurrent with an annexation application.

South side of Stucky Road 3,450 feet West of 19th
An Annexation application for the proposed annexation of 20.62 acres with a request for initial zoning
of R-4, High Density Residential.
C. 15251 Bozeman Sports Park Annexation (Saunders/Heaston)
4600 Baxter Lane
An annexation application for 80.325 acres located south of Baxter Lane and west of Flanders Mill
Road. A provision of services plan will be used instead of an annexation agreement.
D. 15251 Bozeman Sports Park Zone Map Amendment (Saunders/Heaston)

A request for initial zoning of PLI, Public Lands and Institutions District on 80.325 acr es being
processed concurrent with an annexation application.
E. 15269 Dragonfly Condos SP (Rogers/Heaston)

A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 6 unit residential housing development within 3
buildings with associated parking and related site improvements.
