Section 1.
That all of that portion of Babcook Street between
the 'west 'line of Oypress Avenue and the west line of Buttonwood Avenue a8
originally platted in Northern Paoifio Addition, to Bozeman, Montana.
All that portion of Olive Street between the west line of Oypress
,Avenue and the east line of Ida AveJlu(now vacated), in Boaeman, Montana.
