Seotion One.
That Seotion 1 of Ordinanoe No. 432 of the City of
Bozeman, Entitled, ffAn Ordinanoe Providing for the Licensing and Regulating
the Keeping of Dop-:s. and Repealing.Ordinanoes No. 403 and No. 412, be, and

the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. Everf person, otper than owners or keepers of dog
kennels, owning, keeping or harboring any dog within the oorporate limits
of the City of Bozeman, shall oause Baid animal to be registered, numbered
and lioensed annually with the City Clerk of said City. and shall pay for
,suoh license the sum of $3.00 for eaoh male dog' and $5.00 for eaoh female /,.

dog.
Any person owning', operating or keeping a dop: kennel or dog kennels with--
in the oorporate limits ,of the City of Bozeman, shall pay an annual license
for each kennel, of ilO.OO, said lioonse to be procured from the City Clerk
of the City of Bozeman.
The licensee herein provided for shall be due and payable on February

1st, of each year, and delinQuent on April let of each year, and all
lioenses shall expire on February 1st of eaoh year.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force in thirty days
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
