Good Evening,
I live around the corner from the potential tear down at corner of Grand andGarfield. I had been wondering for a year what the intent was there. Thanks toChronicle photo I see it is an ADU on top of ??? chicken coop. I checked it outtoday and it will be top of the line ADU...very nice doors and windows ( I stoppedshort of trespassing to see more)
I think demo's are okay if it isn't financially feasible to rebuild from inside out. Butmy goodness what is wrong with requiring such designs to be compatible with thearchitecture of the neighborhood?
Too bad the Chronicle photo didn't appear sooner to give people a better chance toweigh in.
