Seotion 1.
That the deeds heretofore exeouted by Charles B.
Anderson and wife, E. J. Owenhouse and wife, W. S. Davidson, Trustee, and
Charles W. Hoffman to the City of Bozeman, Montana, embra6ing the lands
hereinafter'desoribed, be, and the same Bre hereby accepted by the City of
Bozeman'.
Seotion 2.
That the following desoribed traot or'parcel of land

lying within the Gity of Bozeman. Montana, and heretofore oonveyed to said
City of Bozeman, by the deeds above mentioned. be and the same is hereby
deolared to be a public alley, to-wit:
A. strip of land lyini?' within the fOllowing metes and bounds, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the west line of L,ot 12 of Block A of
Story's Addition to the City of Bozeman, Montana, acoording to the offioia,.l
plat thereof, said point being 4 feet south of the north line of said Lot
12 ; thence running in an e,aster1.y direotion through Lots 12 to 22 inolusi ve
of said Block A, a distance of 315 feet and parallel with the north line

of said Lots to a point in the east line of Lot 2a of said Block ~, said
point bein~ 4 feet south of the north line of said Lot 22 of said Blook A;
thence south along the east line of Lot 22 of said Block A, a distance of
16 feet; thence west through Lots 12 to 22, inclusive, of said :Block A,
and parallel with the north line of said Lote, a distance of 315 feet
to a point in the west line of Lot 12, of said Block A; thence north along
the west line of said Lot 12 a distance of 16 feet to the plaoe of be-
ginning.
Seotion 3.
That the'ity Engineer be, a.nd he is hereby instructed

to plat the traot of land hereinabove desoribed as a public olley of the
City of Bozeman, and that Baid alley shall hereafter be kept open for
publio use.,

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full foroe in thirty days'
from and after ita passage and approval.
Passed this 6th day of December, 1917.
