Message: there's been a power outage on North 7th north of Oak the lights have been out and there's
been no police response to direct traffic despite the intersection of four major thoroughfares Walmart
Griffin oak east and west I 90 I called the police department twice and got a non response I called the
mayor's personal cell phone and got a non greeting I called the city of Bozeman City Hall told me they
could do nothing. I would like to know why we don't have any personnel to look after the safety of
hundreds and hundreds of people during rush hour my name is david mickelson citizen of Bozeman I pay
