INITIAL WEEK REVIEW A. The Ridge Athletic Club PUD Major Modification Concept Plan 15256 (Krueger/Murray) 4181 Fallon Street A Planned Unit Development concept plan review for the proposed modification and expansion of the Ridge Planned Unit Development to add 2.7 acres to the project and modify the approved site layout. B. The Northside Lofts Master Site Plan Z15107(Davis/Heaston) 203 West Lamme Street A Master Site Plan application to the allow the demolition of existing residential dwellings and the construction of a first phase mixed use building and an adjacent interim park, with the planned future construction of a second phase building with associated parking and related site improvements. C. The Northside Lots Phase 1 Site Plan Z15108 (Davis/Heaston) 203 West Lamme Street A Site Plan application to allow the construction of a five story mixed use building with ground floor commercial and 41 residential dwelling units on the upper floors with associated par king and related site improvements. 5.
