Provisional Adoption of Ordinance 1912 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a 3-year ground lease with Lyman Creek Management LLC for the Lease of the Lyman Water Treatment Plant property for the purpose of Farming (Woolard) 15. Resolution 4605 authorizing the return of $15,000 donated to support the Bozeman Fiber Master Plan to Bozeman Deaconess Hospital (Fine) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-15 as submitted. A Conditional Use Permit to allow the Establishment of an Accessory Dwelling Unit within a Single-household Residence and Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the Demolition and Construction of a Single- household Residence located at 1201 South Grand Avenue, Stillman/Edelen CUP/COA Application Z15027 (Quasi Judicial) (Davis) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application Z15027 and move to approve the Stillman/Edelen Accessory Dwelling Unit Conditional Use Permit and Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the establishment of an accessory dwelling unit in the basement of the existing residence and June 1, 2015 Bozeman City Commission Agenda Page 3 of 4 the demolition and construction of a single-household residence with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions. 2. Resolution 4584, Creation of Special Improvement Lighting District 723 for Four Points Subdivision (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: Having considered public comment and all information presented, I move to approve Resolution 4584, Creating Special Improvement Lighting District 723 for the Four Points Subdivision. 3. Downtown Business Improvement District Fiscal Year 2016 Budget and Work Plan (Chris Naumann, Executive Director) Consider the presentation of the Downtown Business Improvement District Fiscal Year 2016 Budget and Work Plan, ask questions and provide direction as needed. 4. Downtown Tax Increment Finance District Fiscal Year 2016 Budget and Work Plan (Chris Naumann, Executive Director) Consider the presentation of the Downtown Tax Increment Finance District Fiscal Year 2016 Budget and Work Plan, ask questions and provide direction as needed. 5. Northeast Urban Renewal Board Fiscal Year 2016 Work Plan and Budget (Fontenot) Consider the presentation of the Northeast Urban Renewal Board Fiscal Year 2016 Work Plan and Budget, ask questions and provide direction as needed. 6. (Re) appointments to the Downtown Business Improvement District Board (BID) (Michalson) Consider the motion: I move to reappoint Eric Sutherland to the term expiring June 30, 2015 and appoint one new applicant to the vacancy that expires June 30, 2015 on the Downtown Business Improvement District Board.
