MEETING DATE: June 1, 2015 AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adopting Resolution 4605. Three private sector organizations contributed funds to this effort: Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce ($5,000), Northwestern Energy ($5,000), and Bozeman Deaconess Hospital ($20,000). The project received grants from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) and the Montana Department of Commerce, Big Sky Economic Development Trust Fund (BSTF). The purpose of this resolution is to equalize the donations from the private sector entities to this project, while returning funds not required for implementing the recommendations of the Bozeman Fiber Master Plan. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None at this time. ALTERNATIVES: As determined by the Commission. FISCAL EFFECTS: Bozeman Deaconess Hospital donated $20,000 to the master planning process.
