Dear Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners:
On behalf of GMD Development, I want to thank you for your show of support last Monday
evening. There are several factors that render the proposed project feasible at this time and in
this location, and your financial commitment brings us one step closer to bringing the proposed
project to fruition.
In preparation for our presentation, we spent a great deal of time analyzing how a funding policy
might impact the proposed project and we welcome an opportunity to participate further in the
discussion as the City of Bozeman looks forward to creating a policy to incentivize the future
development of affordable housing.
