Message: We seem to have infrastructure shortfalls according to Mr. Kulkulski. Isn'tthe vehicle registration fees earmarked for infrastructure needs? Why do I seepeople operating businesses,living in our community, causing wear and tear on ourstreets and Not Fulfilling their tax obligation to register their vehicles? Instead ofcreating new revenue instruments, why don't we look at enforcing codes already inplace? If a non-resident university student can afford to operate a vehicle here, areasonable expectation to offset the wear on our infrastructure through theregistration fees is worth consideration.
