WHEREAS the above Easement and Right-of-Way Agreement for Water Pipe
Line was granted August 6,1957, and recorded on August 15,1957, at the Clerk and
Recorder's Office of Gallatin County, Montana,
and WHEREAS the construction of a new Water Pipe Line will be constructed
within the easement recorded in Document No" 2187631 , Records of the
Clerk & Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana, vacation of said easement recorded on
August 15, 1957, will not adversely impact the Grantor's interests,
WHEREFORE, the Grantor does hereby release and reconvey to Robert and
Mardella A. Jordan said easement recorded on August 15, 1957, together with any
right, title, or interest that the Grantor may have in said easement.
