I may make comments at the commissioner's meeting tonight but also wanted to provide somethoughts via this e mail.
My name is Don Beeman, and I reside at 425 Peace Pipe Drive, Bozeman. I comment as a citizen, eventhough I am on the TOP Committee. I offer my support to the continuing efforts to use TOP bond fundsto develop the soccer fields as is recommended this evening by the Parks Department (Mitch Overtonand Carolyn Poissant). These soccer fields are an excellent use of the TOP funds as those out of townplayers and parents who make use of the facility will likely contribute to the local economy, helpingrestaurants and hotels build revenue. Indeed, the opportunity to conduct larger tournaments holds thepotential to provide even better ROI than just normal local use. It is nice additional benefit that the localeconomy may grow as a consequence of the TOP bond use.
Thank you. And please approve this next design effort for the recreational fields.
