and four plexus plus having Meriwether extended to Durston, This will not only put our children's lives
at risk with the extra traffic it will decrease the value of our property.
The reason our family choose this specific neighborhood was for the close knit community. We have
three very active boys and the play outside everyday with the neighborhood children. These kids are
outside playing in rain, sun, and snow. The majority of the time there are around 10 plus children
playing. We have one child who walks over from Michaels Grove to play in our neighborhood.
My biggest fear is by building these duplex's and four plexus that Meriwether will turn into Michael's
Grove. There have been accidents, hit & run, one death, vandalism, and burglary on Michael's Grove, In
addition there is not enough parking space so everyone parks on the street.
I am asking the Bozeman City Commission and Bozeman to reconsider this type building, I would like to
see an extension of our current neighborhood to have owner occupied homes vs rentals.
