Writing to oppose the proposed rate hike for "storm water". I already get chargedsewer fees in the summer for the water I use to water my grass. I really am notsure how the water on my lawn somehow gets to the sewer treatment plant fortreating. Use some of the sewer water fees from all us homeowners watering theirlawns to cover the storm water needs.I know the response will be, "move if you don't like it", but I am constantly amazedat the constant increase in taxes, fees, special assessments, and every otherincrease the city imposes on businesses and homeowners. Wish I could give myselfa raise every six months like the city gets to. Have a good day.
