Message: Dear Mayor, Last Thursday/Friday (4-30/5-1) I noticed a few of the citymedians had been mowed. The thing that struck me as odd was I read thecommission agenda on last wednesday (29th) and in the consent D-6 I noticed thereis a contract of services for these medians to be mowed. My question is how canthese already be mowed when the contract is not singed by anyone in the city orthe client? The public is aloud to have comment on this item which is scheduled fortonight. It appears to me that this has already been passed. I know this isn't a bigdeal but we need to have better transparency within the city. Thanks for your timeand I cant wait to hear from you. -Josie
