RE: GMD Development and Homeword Proposed 4%Affordable Housing Project
Mayor Krause and City of Bozeman Commissioners:
On behalf of the Montana Board of Housing(MBOH) I am writing in reference to the proposed 4%tax
exempt bond financed project presented by GMD Development and Homeword.
Greg Dunfield and Heather McMilin provided a very detailed presentation at the Board meeting on April
13, 2015.
At the meeting the Board voted unanimously to approve a tax exempt bond inducement resolution for
the proposed project.
MBOH looks forward to receiving the application for affordable housing for Bozeman working families.
