MUNICIPAL FACILITIES EXCLUSION CHECKLIST
(formerly called master plan exclusion)
Below, please find the information required under §76-4-127 MCL regarding a municipal facilities exclusion for
this subdivision with a growth policy area or first-class or second-class municipality.
1. Is this subdivision exempt from the Montana Platting and Subdivision Act §76-3 MCA?

Upon completion of the project the city will own, operate and maintain the water supply, sewage
disposal and solid waste facilities. A homeowners association will operate and maintain storm
water facilities.
13. Will all water and sewer mains or extensions as defined in § 76-4-102, MCA (a main or extension is
a line that serves more than one building or living unit) be under the control and maintenance of the
certifying municipality? Yes No
