MDEQ Exemption
The applicant will request a Municipal Facilities Exclusion from the Montana Department of
Environmental Quality (MDEQ), per Section 38.41.040.11, BMC. The project schedule calls for
water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure to be completed during the summer of 2015. A
detailed grading and storm drainage plan for the entire Master Planned Unit Development is
included with the PUD Submittal and the Preliminary Plat Submittal.
A draft transmittal to MDEQ and Municipal Facilities Exclusion Checklists are included in this
section. These will be forwarded to the MDEQ upon preliminary plat approval by the City of
Bozeman and approval/signature by the Director of Public Works.
