Box 1230 Bozeman, MT 59771-1230 Re: The Lakes at Valley West Preliminary Plat Application and Preliminary PUD Application Attached is the re-submittal for our Preliminary Plat and Preliminary PUD Application for Phases 1 and 2 of The Lakes at Valley West. We trust you will find that we have addressed each of the comments in your letter of February 13, 2015 adequately. We feel strongly that all of the items required by the UDC are provided in sufficient detail and accuracy to move forward with review of the project. In response to Item 2 of your letter the applicant, owner and design team understand and agree that future phases (beyond Phases 1 & 2) must go through additional Preliminary PUD entitlements concurrently with future Preliminary Plats. The conceptual layout of these phase is shown for reference and connectivity only. Any reference to the future phase is not for consideration as part of the application.
