Stormwater Management
Permit Application
The management of stormwater will be permitted through the Montana Department of
Environmental Quality immediately prior to the time of construction. The stormwater
management plan will be developed based on the grading and drainage plan that can be viewed
in Section 27. A City of Bozeman Stormwater Management Permit Application is not required
as disturbances will exceed 1 acre.
