Phase 1 borders the Bronken Park / Baxter Creek Natural Area to the east. This PUD will
improve parking and access to the park by constructing Westmorland Drive and by completing
the trail network.
Hazards
No health or safety hazards exist on or near the subdivision, nor do land uses that would create a
nuisance.
