Andrew,
Per our conversation our client is looking for a package to submit to the city for preliminary
plat approval. I've attached the city's pre-plat submittal requirements and City design
requirements for reference.
I've attached a dwg file (The Lakes.zip. There is a luminaire schedule on the sheet with
pole heights in the description. We are looking to use the 8ft Cree PWY-EDG fixture in the
alley areas The drawing shows proposed locations based on city spacing guidelines, but
understand if things need to shift a bit depending on exact fixture performance.
The Type E1 and E2 are Kim Lighting Fixtures that were selected to match existing fixtures
in the area. So if you can provide the Isoline plots in the alley areas where the Type E3 will
be utilized that would be great.

I've attached a pdf of the plan for the lakes. Only the roadways in the Phase 1 and Phase
2 areas require calculations at this time. The fixture on top of the drawing are along
Durston Road, however the site plan is only showing the midpoint of the road which is why
they appear to be set back rather far.
There is a luminaire schedule on the sheet with pole heights in the description. We are
