Traffic Impact Study
A traffic impact study has been prepared for The Lakes at Valley West Subdivision. The study
covers the entire “Lakes” Planned Unit Development, which encompasses approximately 65
acres as well nearby intersections as determined by the City of Bozeman Engineering
Department. The study is included in this section.
