RE:The Lakes at Valley West—Phase 1 and 2
To whom it may concern:
It is our pleasure to represent the developing entity of The Lakes at Valley West phases 1 and 2. It has
come to our attention that a builders risk policy must be procured to move forward on this project. This
letter is meant to ensure you that PayneWest Insurance has notified the current liability carrier for this
entity of the need for a builders risk policy and they stand ready to bind coverage once we know the
required insurable limit. Once coverage is bound a certificate of insurance will be produced and given to
all those entities that require proof of insurance.
