WIEGAND, Trustees of the ROy V. Wiegand Family Trust dated December 18, 2000 and KENNETH B. WIEGAND and BRUCE H. WIEGAND, Trustees of the Vera M. Wiegand Trust and hereby Grants an Easement for Joint Open Space for the Recreational Tract located on the following described real property owned by Grantors, to-wit: Lot lA of the Amended Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 4 of Kirk Subdivision, and Lot 3A, Block 4, of Amended Plat of Lot 3, Block 4, Kirk Subdivision, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana. Said Grant of Easement for Joint Open Space shall be for the benefit of the owners of the following described property, to-wit: Units 1 through 8 of Pineview Condominiums, located on lots 8 and 9 in Block 3 of Kirk Subdivision to the City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana. This Grant of Easement shall permit the owners of the above property, their., patrons, guests, licensees and invitees to use the open space designated as the Recreational Tract on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, in and manner and as commonly permitted in the public parks within the City of Bozeman.
