Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims for Goods and Services (LaMeres) 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Services Agreement for Bozeman Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase I Improvements with HDR Engineering, Inc. (Heaston) 3. Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Tetra Tech Inc. for Design of Alternative F of the Corrective Measures Assessment (Hixson) 4. Right of Way Agreement, Public Drainage Easement Agreement, Public Utility and Access Easement, Public Drainage Easement, and Temporary Construction Permit with the J&D Family Limited Partnership (Heaston) 5. Lease/Purchase Agreement with Titan Machinery and Merchant Capital for the amount of $27,535.29 per year for 5 years for one Mechanical Sweeper (VanDelinder) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent items 1-5 as submitted. G. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. H. Special Presentation – Fairgrounds Master Plan (Lori Cox, Fairgrounds General Manager) I. Action Items 1. Request for Cash in Lieu of Parkland Dedication for the College & 23rd Apartment Site Plan, 2205 West College Street, File Z14125 (Davis) Consider the motion: Having considered the information provided by staff, considered public comment, and considered all of the information presented; I hereby adopt the findings included in the staff memorandum for application Z14125 and accept the provision of $25,092 cash in lieu as meeting the required parkland dedication. 2. Provisional adoption of Ordinance 1910, permitting a Bozeman Municipal Code Text Amendment for Ghost Signs, which will create a New Definition of Ghost Signs and to specify the way they may remain on a Building and how they may be Stabilized, Rehabilitated or Preserved (Brekke) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, recommendation of the Zoning Commission, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application no. Z15036 and move to provisionally adopt Ordinance 1910, the Ghost Sign Municipal Code text amendment. J. FYI/Discussion 1. Budget Scheduling for May 18, 2015 (Kukulski) K.
