HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-15-15 Fulton, Koch Public CommentHello, I was very disturbed to hear of the destruction of a historic home in the Cooper Park
Historic District. Bozeman's important history is held within the walls and materials of
our historic buildings. As such, we as a community, must be stewards of this history and
protect these important cultural resources. When one is destroyed, that history is lost. There are enormous benefits to the community when they are preserved. I'm attaching a document that lists twelve economic benefits of historic preservation.
Please don't let these homeowners at 402 W. Koch St. get away with destroying
Bozeman's important cultural heritage! Send a strong message to them and to the community that our historic preservation laws are in place for a valuable reason and cannot be ignored!
Our history belongs to all of us, past, present and future. Let’s all insure that it’s still
around for our children and grandchildren! Thank you,
Marsha Fulton
