2. Norton Properties 20-plex Site Plan Application Z15046 (Davis/Murray) 230 Water Lily Drive
A Site Plan Application for the proposed construction of a 20 unit multi-housing project with
associated parking and related site improvements.
3. Resonon Office/Manufacturing Site Plan Application Z15003 (Brekke/Heaston) 123 Commercial Drive
A Site Plan Application for the proposed construction of a 5,527 sq. ft. office/manufacturing building
with associated parking and related site plan improvements.
4. Stoneridge Apts. Site Plan Application Z15081 (Krueger/Murray) Northwest of the intersection of Tschache Lane and North 27th Avenue
A Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 48 unit affordable housing development with
associated parking and related site improvements.

2119 South 11th Avenue A Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of 6.41 acres into 1 multi-household lot.
