Dear Bozeman Commissioners, City Manager and Department Heads Thomas and Risk,
In the name of having accurate, reliable, consistent information available, we are sharing here contact information for the original architect ofthe disputed projects at 402 W. Koch. His name is Mark Weirich. He lives at 416 W. Koch. We would encourage you to reach out to himdirectly if you have any questions.
Mr. Weirich said that when he drew up plans for the garage at 402 W. Koch, which went before the city for approval, they were neitherpresented as, nor approved to be, a habitable dwelling space.
Secondly, Mr. Weirich said he was "shocked" to see the main residence being completely razed this week, as that was never in the plans. Hehas a letter, which says as much and which was drafted this week, that you can now find in the file for 402 W. Koch at the city's planningoffice.
