receipt of which is acknowledged, witnesses that,

for the installation and maintenance of a sidewalk, located within Parcel No. 119 on Montana
Department of Transportation Project STPP 86-1(44)0, as shown on the Right-of-Way plan for
said project recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana. Said
easement covers and embraces the following described land:
A tract of land within Survey recorded in Film 9, Page 1202 and further shown on Certificate of
Survey No. 2547 situated in the SE%SE%of Section 31, Township 1 South, Range 6 East,
P.M.,M., Gallatin County, Montana, as shown by the shaded area on the plat, consisting of 1
sheet, attached hereto and made a part hereof, containing an area of 12,342 sq. ft., more or
less.
