Dear Mayor and City Commissioners,
My name is Geoff Hoefer and I am a Bozeman resident writing you on behalf of the
Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board. I have attached a letter, written in hope of
convincing you to accept and support US Transportation Secretary Foxx's Mayor's
Challenge for Safer People, Safer Streets. More information about the challenge and
