The easement is more particularly described and depicted on the attached Exhibits A and B, which by this reference is made a part hereof. SACCOCCIA LANDS II, LLC states that it possesses Lots 1A and 2A described above and BOZEMAN LODGING INVESTORS, LLC states that it owns Lot 57A as described above i and that the Grantors have a lawful right to grant an easement thereon. The GRANTORS further agree that the GRANTEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the rights and privileges herein granted without any interruption by the GRANTORS. The terms, covenants, and provisions of this easement shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators,personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto.
