This Easement made this day of 20 , in consideration
of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good hnd valuable consideration now paid, the
receipt of which is acknowledged, witnesses that,

does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the City of Bozeman, Montana, an easement
for water line purposes located within Parcel No. 25 on Montana Department of Transportation
Project, STPU 1210(4) as shown on the Right-of-Way plan for said project recorded in the office
of the Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana. Said easement covers and embraces
the following described land:
A tract of land in Tract 5B of the Amended Subdivision Plat of Tract 5, Mountain Vista Suburb of
Bozeman, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County
Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana (Plat Reference:E-7B), as shown by the
shaded area on the plat, consisting of 1 sheet, attached hereto and made a part hereof,
p containing an area of 107 sq. ft., more or less.
