Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application from March 23, 2015 to
April 27, 2015.

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Commission continue the public hearing to April 27, 2015. RECOMMENDED MOTION: I hereby continue the public hearing on application P14062,
Valley Meadows Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat application, from March 23, 2015 to April
27, 2015. BACKGROUND:
This is an application for preliminary plat approval for a major subdivision to subdivide 8.69
acres into 62 single-household residential townhome lots, an Open Space lot, one (1) Park, and with the remaining area as street right of ways.
Public notice of the hearing was given. Subsequently the public hearing date was changed to
April 27, 2015. To maintain notice requirements staff respectfully requests this item be
continued to April 27, 2015.
The Planning Board meeting will take place on April 7, 2015. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None.
ALTERNATIVES: The City Commission has the following alternative actions available:
1. Set an alternate date for the public hearing.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None identified at this time.
